Inside Kendall and Kylie Jenner’s $27 Million New York Fashion Week Pad
When kids move out of the house to either get a start or go to college some families have the means to help them with a starter apartment in a big city. This gives the young people a chance to get started, live on their own, and begin crafting an adult life. When people go on vacation, they do something similar and may arrange borrowing a place from a known friend or family relative. Then, of course, there are the outliers like Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
The two Jenner models or celebrities, depending on the day of the week, got the chance to park themselves in New York City for Fashion Week. Their temporary abode was courtesy of real estate mogul Andrew Azoulay, and the location was his penthouse in Tribeca. However, mind you, this was no hole in the wall apartment in NYC. Estimated to have a general real estate worth of something near $26.5 million, this top building location boasts over 7,200 square feet of space, an inside living room that opens to the outdoors and a patio area just as big, top dollar state of the art furnishings and decor, and a view to die for when it comes to urban living. Oh, and the outside floor tiles are heated for those cooler evenings.
Get a closer look through the property’s for sale listing and you’re going to find this penthouse is a really a two story complex dominating the top of its building. It is designed to both enjoy luxury living as well as host luxury parties as well. The building as a whole is also isolated enough that you would really have your own little kingdom at the top.
The inside of the property is fully equipped with state of the art appliances, walk in systems, top end sound systems, five luxury bedrooms, a master suite, and a fully wired internal system. The best part – the building itself only has six separate homes in its entirety. So the literally neighborhood is extremely limited for those those like their privacy to stay private, especially in a high urban environment like NYC.
Granted, the Jenner girls are not going to owning the property, but just to have a week to play and stay in the Azoulay property is a vacation in and of itself. This is the kind of location that ends up on a TV show highlighting all the penthouses and living spaces 99.9999 percent of us are never going to get a chance to be in much less sleep a night there. The only follow up question is, of course, who is ultimately going to buy this dream penthouse? It would be safe to assume there are plenty in New York who have made it a full time occupation trying to figure out that answer.
